We are currently recruiting for a Policy and Advocacy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a policy and advocacy manager to join our team to increase our impact and support the expansion of our networks.

Key responsibilities and experience:

The successful candidate will have proven extensive, relevant experience:

  • analysing policy and developing policy positions;
  • effective advocacy of policy positions to policy makers (for example through a trade association, campaign group or working for an MP);
  • liaising with senior business people to coordinate policy positions (ideally working in a membership context);
  • knowledge of energy policy issues, with a particular focus on decentralised, smart energy;
  • consultancy experience, responding to client briefs, producing deliverables to time and quality managing projects;
  • ability to network, develop relationships and work with senior individuals across a range of organisations and internally;

Key details:

Location: Exeter with frequent travel to London.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Circa £28-36k

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator – membership and events

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our dynamic membership and event team. 

Regen has a clear goal – accelerating the transition to a decarbonised, decentralised and democratic energy system. Our members are at the heart of this transition and as a dedicated administrator, you will be an integral part of achieving this.

Key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • administration of the membership renewal and new member processes;
  • supporting the administration and day-to-day running of the office;
  • collating and drafting materials for events including information packs, badges and display handouts;
  • coordinating and liaising with venues, speakers, exhibitors and delegates before, during and after events;
  • proofing and sending electronic and hard copy mail-outs;
  • managing Regen’s data via our CRM system HubSpot;
  • supporting grant claim administration
  • establish effective working relationships with the team and clients including diary support to Directors; dealing with post, phone calls and e-mail; servicing meetings; and other general administrative duties.
